Sanitized public evidence for the 2–3 September 2026 Shlex continuation.

## Files

- `evaluation.json` — independent-hard aggregates only
- `eval-samples.json` — synthetic pass and miss examples from that 240
- `samples.json` — the same synthetic commands, compact list
- `report.md` — compact companion narrative
- `SHA256SUMS` — hashes for every packet file except itself

## Claim boundary

The only selection number is **233/240** on a new independently authored
human-like hard set versus **230/240** for the prior champion
(`run-shlex-v31-human-transfer`, regenerated on the same Ada) and **25/240**
for the previous production model. `run-shlex-v31r1` is the release candidate.

The 240-item set was frozen before generation on it.

## Publication boundary

The packet excludes training and validation JSONL, provider dumps, private
prompts and paths, raw evaluation dumps, fixtures, credentials, and weight
tensors.
